You can set up ManyChat in Facebook Messenger as long as you are the admin. If you connect ManyChat with your Facebook ads you can use click to Messenger ads, where you can send potential customers to Messenger, where you can continue the conversation using ManyChat.
Quick Replies are buttons that provide conversational engagement with your ManyChat bot. The two main differences between Quick Replies and the Reply Buttons are their interface and the effect they produce.
Quick Replies are not directly attached to a message but are located above the users’ keyboard. Once a Quick Reply is clicked, all the buttons disappear — thus contacts won’t be able to click the same reply several times or choose another reply.
Quick Replies are different from the reply buttons because the Quick Replies look more like a real, organic reply from a contact as if a person typed something in your Messenger. Quick Replies are more conversational and natural, which is just what you need to get people engaged and primed to subscribe to your website.

ManyChat does offer a free plan up to your first 1,000 subscribers, available with Facebook Messenger only. When you grow beyond 1,000 subscribers or if you want to be able to use ManyChat on other platforms, the paid plan is $10.
